At SmileDirectClub, I spearheaded content strategy, identifying innovative new content channels, and managing the brand voice across cross-functional teams throughout the business. I created a content calendar to align all earned, owned, and paid content initiatives, and a customer journey map to identify strengths and pain points customers face throughout their relationship with the brand. I initiated a revamp of the SmileDirectClub blog that resulted in 2x higher conversion rates than any other SDC landing page.
